We aim to process your order in 1-3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is 7-10 business days. During busy periods- such as holidays, promotions and sales this may be longer. Once your order has been shipped and updated by the courier company, you will be sent tracking details to track your delivery. You can also download the shopapp to track your order. Please check that all shipping information is correct. If any information is incorrect or missing, please inform us immediately. Incorrect or missing information can cause delays and even loss of packages. These may also cause further delays in customs clearance. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, please check this carefully and inform us of any errors. If your order has been processed it will not be possible to edit your order.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your bag but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase - please return within 28 days for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging. If you would like to process a return, please use the contact us form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this is dictated by payment provider not us) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a track-able service for your return to ensure we receive your items. Please note that items on sale and promotional items are not eligible for refund in the US and Australia.
